GOVERNMENT OF NO STANDING DECISION!:President Jonathan Seeks Senate Approval To Rename UNILAG And 2 Other Federal Universities.

President Goodluck Jonathan has sent a letter to the senate asking the Senate for approval to rename three federal universities.

In a letter sent to the Senate today and read by the Senate President at the commencement of Plenary, the President is asking for approval to rename Federal University of Technology, Umudike to Michael Okpara University,Umudike; Federal Univeristy of Technology Yola to Modibbo Adama University and University of Lagos to Moshood Abiola University, Lagos.
